iPhone 7 - Keeps Freezing!!!

My God, my iPhone7+ still freezing , before it happens , this iPhone already freezed 4th times

unfortunatelly i bought less than 24 hour!!!!!!

i did three times push all three buttons , but still the apple logo still there 😟

plz help me APPLE !!!

Add another one to the list. At least one annoying freeze or glitch per day. I expected the same level of stability as previous iPhones but this is really bad. If this is the future of apple, then the Samsung alternatives are looking a lot more palatable.

Had mine a few months now. Still freezes every time contacts or camera/what's app is opened. Today had to hard reboot as was not responding at all. Had iPhone since the 3 and starting to lose my patience now. If it's not battery issues it's stupid glitches like this and no explanation as to why!!!

Just upgraded to 10.2. I haven't had a freeze issue for the past 3 days. Fingers crossed.

This is great to have happen on Christmas Day 🙂 ! Im really glad I got zero pictures of my family on Christmas because my phone was frozen for almost 3 hours 😁 ....

Holding down THREE buttons - the home, sleep, and volume down button - finally reset my phone - HALLELUJAH! Though I am sure this will be happening again in the near future...

I have had the phone for about a week and this issue just happened today - twice. Seemed to happen when accessing the Camera app from the lock screen both times. Screen was frozen and black. When I uheld the home button, Siri would vocalize, but nothing else was responsive and I couldn't even reset the phone until I saw on this thread that holding the THREE buttons down (versus just the TWO buttons that I knew as the method to perform a hard reset).

Needless to say, Apple, figure this garbage out

I thought the 10.2 update has fixed the issue...for a couple of days yes I was happy that the "FREEZE" issue didnt show up, after that the same.. the phone is getting frozen at least 3 times a day and it needs a hard reboot to take back to the normal working condition.. I tried factory reset for a couple of time; still no hope...

Apple support team has asked to give the phone to repair... I think thats the only option left.

Since the last update Apple provided, I must admit that I've not had any issues at the moment.

My new iphone 7 keeps freezing and draining the battery. There may be an app running but not a cpu intensive app. I have recharge it to get it to work. My 5s never did this!

Has anyone gotten it to stop freezing? Mine is doing this, too. Went to the genius bar and they reset my phone but two days later it started again.

On iPhone 7 reset is volume down and restart button. Not home button

My issue has not been resolved. Yes, Verizon is my carrier, but I don't know if that makes any difference.
