iPhone 7 GPS constantly changing in Maps

Is anyone having issues with GPS on the iPhone 7? In Maps, my "location" (i.e., blue dot) is jumping all around my current location. It doesn't seem to be getting a lock on my actual GPS location. I have noticed that it also affects other apps that use GPS.

Apple contacted me back and had me run a special detailed location logging profile a few days ago. I loaded it and did a few tests using various first and third party apps while in motion and stationary and sent the data logs in.

I just installed a new iOS beta 10.1 (build 14B71) and the gps glitches seem to be fixed. I'll see with more use but at first glance I'm not getting horrible accuracy readings or jumping around like crazy!

my iPhone 7 on sprint appears to be having similar gps issues as everyone else here. tested connected to lte/3G separatley also wifi and airplane mode. In all scenarios compass had readings off between 30-120 degrees. In addition my gps does not work when driving, it will freeze and then get lost having me faced east whilst driving north etc. I first noticed this while playing Pokémon go of course and I have tried resetting my phone, network settings to backups and fresh installs. Im going to be getting a replacement and hope that it works. Hearing that iOS 10.1 beta 3 doesn't fix it gives me little hope to have this resolved should it be a software issue.

Goodluck everyone

I'm also experiencing gps issues with my ATT iphone 7. I first noticed the issue while using runkeeper where the total recorded mileage was higher than it should be for known routes. When I went back to runkeeper to review the recorded route, the path was all over the place. Likewise, in Maps, my location hops around everywhere, sometimes being a whole city block off. My iPhone 6s was solid and never had this issue and I'm hoping this is just a software issue.

Still working with apple on this. Running another special logging profile. After more tests with the latest build the GPS "glitches" are smooothed but as another member said the compass direction is off. This makes turn by turn directions usable again but it still has issues with tight turns in urban areas and map orientation.

Im not a representative for apple but I'd guess with the final release of iOS 10.1 this should be finally fixed.

I have a Sprint iPhone 7 matte Black with iOS 10.0.2 and still have GPS issues. Also having issues a Rose Gold model. I have tried the recommended tips/tricks I found on the internet as this seems to be an issue the crops up after some iOS upgrades. I have not yet performed a full "like new" reset however. The Black and Rose Gold phones were both restored from iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6 using iTunes so they have that in common. I'm going to try to do a full reset on my Black phone today, if that works it would be nice but still this is a dissatisfying experience especially since I use GPS for Maps and navigation everyday. I never had an issue with my iPhone 6 Plus.

Having the same problem with my iPhone 7, searching for a solution when I found this thread. My location is jumping from my location to another location every few seconds in Maps, google maps and here we go. Moreover, when I try to use the drive mode in here we go maps, it will just give me a "looking for gps" message and my location won't update. Is this a hardware problem?
