iOS 10 Black Screen Spinning Wheel

Apple needs to take care of this issue it is NOT your phone. I have a brand new IPhone 7 and it happened to me also after 10.1.1 update. Very aggravating. What happened to apples we will fix it attitude instead of making excuses. I have had an IPhone since the 3 getting tired of the crappy attitude instead of just fixing the darn bugs Get with it Apple.

Same for me after 20 days upgrading 10.1.1 the problem persits.

Why Apple don't fix it and why newspaper don't speak about this huge problem is a mistery...

i am having this problem to on my iphone 6s plus and ipad air 2 and iphone 5 and ipad 4th gen it seems much worse for me on 64 bit ios hardly happens on 32 bit unless i am doing something that is tasking the device

I am facing the same issue and tried with the solutions provided above, none of them worked.

regina_m just so you know there is a new way to hard reset your Iphone on the Iphone 7. It is no longer the home button and power off button. It is now the power button and volume down button

Regina_m the Iphone 7 has a new way to hard reset the phone. You know press the power button and the volume down button are now used to hard reset the phone. I had to do it once to my iphone 7 already.

With the latest update 10.1.1 and the latest outlook app update the issue is gone now. At least in my case. Previously, disabling the outlook notifications did provide a temporary workaround.

Same here. Running iOS 10.1.1 and Outlook 2.5.8 and have not had spinning wheel issues.

Mine's doing the same thing. Have you heard a satisfactory answer from Apple?

I know this sounds sketchy but I have the fix. email me if you want it. **** Apple removed my post, I cannot share the fix here because it is developer info. I think it is ****** that I can't share it here. I myself rely on my iPhone to feed my family and put a roof on our head. I am an Uber driver and when I got my iPhone 7plus I almost was terminated from being an Uber driver. Many riders complained about me because the app would close in the background and not give me directions. Thankfully I found the fix.

Hi taforst, yeah i got it fixed 🙂

when you have this spinning wheel on your screen just press power button and home button untill you see apple logo on the screen.it will not delete any data on your phone. i got this solution when i had a chat with Apple care.

Mine got fixed after doing the same. Hope your's too get fixed.

Some guy was able to email me and I told him how to fix his. I don't know how I can email people directly but if you can email me directly like he did. Like I said Apple or whoever keeps editing and erasing my email.
