Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I am trying to download iTunes to Windows 10 and get these two messages:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
And...
The older version of iTunes cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.
Can anyone please help?

I arrived at the iTunes download via Internet Explorer.
Do I need to clean out Windows Temp folder and if so, how do I find it and what do I do?

Since iTunes is running normally now you don't need to worry about that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." message any more. Cleaning temp files from time to time may be a good idea. It is probably better to use the Windows tool Disk Cleanup than to do it manually, particularly if you're not familiar with what items should be left alone.

Well tt2, I think I certainly can be said to be unfamiliar with what should be left alone and will stick to Disk Cleanup.
