I upgraded to Iphone 7 from 6. When I am using the speaker on phone calls it is muffled. It doesn't matter if I have a case on or not the call quality to the other person is severely muffled on speaker. Without the speaker on, they said it is clearer. Is there a way to fix that or is it problem with the phone?

Yes I have the same issue it's a real pain. I think it's may hv something to do with the iPhone 6 'cover' which fits the 7 but covers the mic!!!
Apple keeps denying that there's a problem with the microphone on the 7 plus. It's very frustrating are use the phone for business and it's affecting my sales
