Home App - loading accessories and scenes

It seems to be the keychain.
What Apple asked me to do was to remove my Apple ID from a device and test another Apple ID.
Then it was working (access to the app without the search).
What is great after, was to recover my iPad. The iCloud Photos wanted me to pay the superior tier of storage because it says 20GB of pictures was on the iPad. But it was the iCloud Photos pictures.
Apple is stealing people with this. With 2 to 7$ more, even for a month, with millions of customers, this means a lot of money!
And still, they don't know how to reset a keychain !
And anyway, I don't want to loose all my datas : sorry guys but the problem is with this stupid HOME app, no link with my IMAP, POP, SMTP and WIFi passwords!
They should just fix this.
I actually don't even have a keychain activated. It has always given my friends and family so many issues, that I just turned it off. I tried activating it the other day and trying the HOME app, but I got the same infinitely loading screen.
It needs iCloud Keychain to be activated, so probably it is...
At the risk of me annoying people on this thread by suggestion if something simple to try, I had the same problem yesterday and tried every suggestion I could find online and then I thought to myself...
"It's a loading wheel, it's trying to load something. Let's see what this does if I just leave it"
So I took the auto lock off on my iPhone and went to the home app. It displayed the "loading accessories and scenes" message for about an hour give or take a few minutes. It eventually, it displayed a message that said, and I'm paraphrasing here "this is taking a long time, would you like to reset home". It was was displayed in red font near the bottom of my phone screen. I selected it and it instantly worked. WITH iCloud on. And keychain selected I might add. I took me to the home app main screen and let me set everything up without issue.
But I'm like most people, after 5 minutes of watching a spinning loading icon I just give up. This time I decided to let it go as long as it needed. And I'm serious when I say nothing happened for about an hour.
Try this if you guys haven't yet and good luck!
Here is the problem. I did the same thing (with auto-lock) and it is currently 3 hours and counting with no reset message.
I left mine overnight and no option to reset came up. I haven't been able to use HomeKit since upgrading to iOS 10. None of the updates have fixed this. I have tried everything imaginable that people suggest online and nothing helps. Apple support doesn't know how to fix it. This is getting really annoying!
After hours of resetting and logging out, this message appeared for me (orange text). started working as soon as I clicked on it.
Try turning two-factor authentication off and then back on again. That helped my Apple TV reset as a hub. Maybe that might work for you.
