iTunes will not load or install

Windows 10 Home updated on my PC last night. SInce then, I cannot open iTunes. I tried reinstalling, and I get this error message:

Module c:\program files\itunes\itunesadmin.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024703

I have followed the directions for the removal steps at least 6 times. I have tried to load a previous version of iTunes. Nothing is working.

The file which appears to be the cause of the problem, C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesAdmin.dll.

That file does not exist because it will not load

Presumably it existed when you posted this screenshot:

Double-check, delete if found, the proceed to repair iTunes, otherwise go for the full tear down and rebuild as given in the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
