Bluetooth totally gone in windows 10

Hey everyone. I have a bit of a weird situation.

Im using Windows 10 on my 2013 iMac via Bootcamp. I had been using my BT Logitech mouse.. but a few days ago it stopped connecting. After looking in my settings it seems as if under W10 I have no bluetooth capabilities at all anymore. Not even shown on the device manager. Which is strange seeing how it was there not long ago.

I switched over the MacOS and everything works fine there.. just not in Windows.. any ideas or suggestions?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), 27' 3.4ghz core i5, 2GB vddr5

I have exactly the same problem, with the same symptoms, as the original poster. I'm on a 2016 12" MacBook, and Boot Camp has the latest Windows 10. msinfo32 lists a "Problem Device" of Broadcom Serial Bus Driver over UART Bus Enumerator, with the Error Code "This device cannot start." Checking "System Devices" in Device Manager shows a "Broadcom Serial Bus Driver over UART Bus Enumerator" with a yellow warning triangle. The driver is up to date, but the item shows a status of

"This device cannot start. (Code 10)

{Drive Not Ready}

The drive is not ready for use; its door may be open. Please check drive %hs and make sure that a disk is inserted and that the drive door is closed."

This all happened after the latest Windows update on a very new Boot Camp install (less than a week old). Bluetooth worked before that update. Any thoughts on workarounds (other than those already mentioned in this thread) would be appreciated.

Here's an update: I fixed the problem with the following steps:

1) Search "troubleshooting" in Cortana's search field

2) In the Troubleshooting window, click "View All"

3) Click on "Hardware and Devices" and click "Next" to run the troubleshooter

In my case, it found the problematic driver "Broadcom Serial Bus Driver over UART Bus Enumerator" that I mentioned in my original post and fixed it. After that I restarted and Bluetooth worked again. I don't know why manually re-installing the driver didn't work, but running the troubleshooter did, but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth!

I recently had this problem on a MacBook Pro 2016. I had previously gotten a Bluetooth mouse working under MacOS and Windows 10. A couple days ago that mouse stopped working on windows but did still work on MacOS. Running Windows 10 I noticed in their Device Manager under System devices the "Broadcom Serial Bus Driver over UART Bus Enumerator" device had a yellow triangle and was getting a "Code 10" error. I right clicked on that device and selected "Uninstall". I then went to the menu, selected "Action/Scan for hardware changes". The device driver installed without an error and the Bluetooth mouse started working again!
