When on a facetime call, and the other person speaks, I get this loud crackle/tapping sound coming from the speaker(s) on my new iPhone 7. Even with the audio turned down, I can still hear the crackling noise.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Same problem here, TWICE! I replaced my first phone w Cerizon within the first 14 days, now in on my second 7plus. Woke up this morning to the same problem AGAIN. VERY UNHAPPY

How long did you have it when you noticed it and did the swap with brand new or refurbished/certified-meaning phone only, w/no accessories?
What was Apple replacing with? A SPANKING Brand New, or a "refurbished/certified phone only," w/NO accessories?
This worked for my phone. Had a static clicking sound with videos. Started freaking out since I've only had the phone for 1 month! Turned it off and back on, bingo!

Mine happens with phone calls too. Whenever I get any sort of phone call I get the crackly noises and I can't hear anything. The person who called says they hear it too and can't hear me at all.
Does it cost us the full price to replace it or is it no charge if we have warranty?
