Is there anyone having a hard time connecting to there apple play on there car? Cause it looks like the IOS10 is not compatible on my Honda Civic 2016 I'm having a hard time to connect!!., I have to disconnect the usb cord 3times and plug again to work!, apple support pls explain or anyone!!??

Same issue here but I solved it for me!!! It was the Honda Link app. Not just removing the connection but actually deleting the app did it for! No more disconnects! Too bad I like the Honda app but CarPlay is much more important.

I'll also confirm with Honda that my vehicle (2016 Civic) is running current firmware.

Yup I'm having trouble too. My 2016 Civic had no issues with CarPlay for the first 5 months but now it's acting up. Just had the update done yesterday at Honda but it didn't resolve it.
