4g issues with three network UK - iphone 7 plus

I have no 4g on my iPhone 7 plus and am on Three Network (UK). The same sim card worked perfectly fine in my iPhone 6s plus.

Three advise me that it is solely an issue with Apple, and the iOS on the new iPhone 7 plus and the issue will remain until Apple resolve and release an update to the software.

Having spoken to Apple Care they claim to know nothing about this so changed my handset for me. Annoyingly and as I had expected I am experiencing the same issues. I have been without 4g for 10 days now but pay the high monthly rate Three charge. Three tell me they are contractually only obliged to provide me with 3g data and not 4g, despite me being on their best package.

It's always good to believe in good but Apple could not fix the problem with 3 updates so far , how can we be sure they will in the future? I did test two different iPhone 7 in Three store and both were good, 4G signal was excellent and the phones were able to go into test field mode, however my one couldn't and many other ppl can't too. This make me believe there are many faulty devices out there, and it's not down to a software issue. This is just my opinion.

Problems are even worse in Romania, tested on Orange and Vodafone. No matter if it is 4G Data or 4G Data+voice or 3G, the iphone 7 goes No service or No SIM Card error, and only a reboot would fix this. 4 devices seen with this problem, all perfectly restored clean, no backups applied!

Has Apple turned into MS in terms of quality on the mobile OS and their phones?

4G LTE signal problems are entirely down to fault with the iPhone itself (more likely a hardware) and nothing to do with the network provider. Three network is one of the best for internet especially if you live in London, speed, coverage, services and price wise. There are so many people that use their new iPhones 7's without realising that they have a faulty phone and looking for a trouble with the network. If in any doubt just take the sim out of iPhone 7 and putt it into another model, 6, 6s, 5s or older, you will see that there are no problems. Some users had similar problems that has been reported fixed with an update, but not all users are lucky and some just need to replace their phones. I did tested many times and iPhone 6s for example does perform much better in real life situations than 7 in terms of signal strength.
