iPhone Safari deletes my tabs

Lately I've had problems with that the Safari app on my iPhone 5 keeps deleting tabs with internet pages. I can have one or several opened internet pages that I haven't read yet. But the next time I open Safari one or more, and some times none of the tabs have either disappeared or been replaced with a tab with no Internet address and no way to go back. It is extremely frustrating that I keep loosing internet pages that I am postponing to read and I never know which one will disappear next. I can't quite pinpoint when it started but I think it was after tha last major iOS update and it is now happening several times a day. I always make sure I don't have too many tabs opened at the same time so that it's not filled to maximum tab capacity, so that is not the problem.

Have you found a solution to your issue, I just started to encounter this and like you said, it is very frustrating

I'm having the same issue. It started shortly before 10.3.1 rolled out. I had an iPhone 6s Plus that was doing it and now my iPhone 7 plus is still doing it.

This is ridiculously frustrating.

I am experiencing this same bug, but when I checked, my Do Not Track setting was already set to OFF.

Clear history and website data on Safari Settings. Nothing else worked for me apart from that.

This doesn't answer the problem in the first place. Why does this happen?? Why aren't the tabs remaining open? I used to be able to keep a dozen tabs open....how do I get back to that??

My setting was already set to "off" and my tabs were still closing. Is that still working for you?
