people can't hear me on iPhone 7 plus

Has apple replied to this issue? It is not ok to spend this much money for a cell phone that doesn't work when using the basics

Me either. I've been having trouble, contacted apple and still no solution

So I took mine into the Apple Store in town and since its under warranty apple replaced the phone. No problems with the new phone

Rios217 - so glad you had a good result with the new phone. Some of us had the same problem even with replacements. Was yours a white box replacement or a brand new in-the-box phone? Thanks!

White box. I had the same issue happen with the replacement so I got yet another one so we shall see how long this one lasts

I have a new SIM card in my iPhone 7 plus. It has had a complete reset 2 times now-- all content. Still having problems---

I'm Verizon and have the problem; however, my kids 7 plus/Verizon are fine.

I have the same problem with brand new 7. It is not 7plus. Just the regular one.

Did Apple came up with official statement about it?
