I've had a subscription to Office365 going on 3 years. I thought I could use on my phone, but when I downloaded on my phone it wanted to charged me another subscription. I called Apple, in which, I thought CS cancelled it. Apple keeps trying to Bill me a new subscription. I'm not paying for 2 subscriptions. Please clear from my account.

Cancel your subscription to what? If the standard advice in View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support doesn't help then at least give us a clue. Perhaps your subscription was made directly with a service provider and you need to use their web site to cancel it.

You should not need to do anything. When you join a Family Group that already has a Family Subscription, or get a Family Subscription directly yourself your original Individual subscription is automatically cancelled.

The family organizer can invite people to join Family Sharing. If someone already has Apple Music as an Individual or Student, renewal of that subscription is automatically canceled when they join the Family.

If your granddaughter is using your Apple ID you can change the password.

If you have set up family sharing you could remove her ID from the share.

If you gave her your credit card details to user with her Apple ID then see Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support and with her assistance remove them from her account.

Contact your bank and ask them to cancel the card and supply a replacement.

Where are you seeing the subscription ? Does it show on your iTunes account's purchase history and Subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?
