Right now quicken 2007, v 16.2.4 and Yosemite is running well on my 2009 17" MacBook Pro.
Does it work with with the new touchbar 15" MacBook Pro and sierra?
Yes. Quicken 2007 is compatible with High Sierra. However, that will be the last OS it will be compatible with. The next OS will require all apps to be 64 bits and Quicken 2007 is only 32 bit.
I got the new MacBook Pro and quicken 2007 does work with it and Sierra. However, I don’t download transactions. Most all of my transactions are scheduled and just pop in. i check the amounts and I’m done. I think I don’t download transactions is because I had problems years ago.
The next question is does it work with High Sierra. I would have to try it and have not switched over yet. The new quicken 2018 may be workable enough that I would switch to it as well and not use 2007 anymore. I will wait until the reviews are in for it. And I have time to experiment.

I have found that Quicken runs and operates in Sierra and downloads transactions from my Quicken Visa credit card.
However, everytime I download transactions from my Quicken Visa card, it interupts with an attempt to register my newly installed Quicken and then fails. The error is that it can't connect to Registerqt.intuit.com/reg?
Does anyone have a workaround / fix for this?

so I guess it may be time to move to quicken 18.

I can verify that it works with Sierra, but I don't have an answer regarding the new MacBook Pro.
