I want to DISABLE Location Services and Share My Location on iPhone 6S but am unable to do it. I have disabled Location Services for each app but cannot turn off Location Services and Sharing because it is 'greyed out'. Can someone please advise.

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions, and under Privacy there, click on Location Services. It sounds like you have it set to "Don't Allow Changes". It needs to be "Allow Changes". You can also turn it off right there. However, if you turn off Location Services altogether, then you will have issues with Maps, Compass, Directions, and Find My iPhone won't work.
What, specifically, are you wanting to prevent from happening? Location Services is highly customizable. I have it turned on only for apps that need it, and the System Services that are critical. So, it is best to customize your apps, and just to turn off Share My Location.

The Share My Location option lists all of the devices that you can turn that option on for. It is specifically for sharing the location of those devices when using the Messages and Find My Friends apps only. Turning Location Services off and on should have no effect on the setting for Share My Location. If it is off, it should remain off. Mine does not turn back on if I turn Location Services off and then back on:

If you want to completely disable location services, go to Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services. Then at the top of that pane, turn off the switch for "Location Services". If you have already done this, the "Share My Location" tab will be greyed out because it is a subsidiary of location services. That is, if Location Services is turned off, Share My Location will also be turned off. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you for your response. However, my phone does not allow me to change the Location Settings to Off. It is locked in the On position with no way to change the setting. And as a result I also am unable to turn off Share My Location. The On/Off button for Location Services is greyed out with it in the ON position. Additionally, there is no option available in the Share My Location setting to not share with anyone including my other devices. I don't want to share my location at all, not even between iPad and iPhone. I have done a hard restart on my phone and that hasn't helped. Any other recommendations?

Are you able to post screenshots of the Settings>Privacy screen (concealing any personal details) showing the Location Services item, please?
Sometimes a full factory reset of the phone cures unusual things, but it is a pain to put the settings you want back on. Make sure you have backed it up fully first.
Is a full reset what you mean by a 'hard restart' or did you simply power it fully off and then on?
Thanks. This resolved the issue. What is strange is that I have no idea why it didn't allow me to change Location Services as I normally do and since I have had the Restrictions set for months in the exact way. I constantly turn on and off Location Services per app as needed. This morning I turned off Uber access to my location (used Uber over the week-end and no longer wanted them to have location access) and the problem seems to have occurred right after that. Must be a software issue with Uber wanting access Always but I only want to allow access when using them an all other apps including weather, camera, etc.

By the way, the second part of my question/issue is that I do not want to share my location with my other devices (or anyone else for that matter) but it does not show an option to not share but only lists my other devices. Is there a work-around to this issue? It now displays as OFF but it would be nice to not have it automatically turn on when I turn on Location Services. Thanks in advance.
I blurred out the service provider because, although I feel I am relatively secure, I recognize that service providers are a weak link in online security.
In this case, I openend the image in Affinity Photo on my Mac and used the Blur tool.
Affinity Photo is an alternative to Adobe Photoshop that you can buy (instead of rent, the way it is with Adobe). I am very happy with it.
You can also edit photos right on your Mac by opening the Photo in Preview. Preview has a number of editing tools including ones that remove data you don't want displayed. Just move the photo or screenshot to your Desktop, then go to Finder, double-click on the image, and it should open in Preview.

I believe I have found the problem. I think making changes to location service has been restricted on your device. See photo:
You will need the restrictions passcode to access this pane.
I only have a 4S. Try Settings>Privacy>Location Services
It may not be the same on your device, but it is likely to be similar
I did a hard restart and not a full reset. I am loathe to do a reset to factory settings unless all other options have been exhausted. Presumably you can see the photo I sent in earlier reply?

Yeah, not all apps have the Only When Using option. Some are just Never or Always. So, those you will have to continue to change manually.

Just out of curiosity, how did you blur out the service provider in your attached screen shot above? And, why? Does it provide a security risk to have it shown to the public?
