voicemail bug ios 10.2

As I read all these answers , seems like there's nothing to do with it and its a "bug" , we have to wait for the next patch and hope they solve it .

It's annoying .

What you are saying is that if your country code is +7, you should remove the + right? What does 8 have to do with that?
