So I bought my grandma an iPhone 5, and she is struggling with it, so I often try to guide her via phone call but is hard, does anyone know an app than allows me to remotely control her iPhone from my iPhone?

You don't get to level 9 with "useless posts." I understand that there is no control over an iPhone -- that is why I stated "The video states that you can do remote control of Android and Windows phones from an iPhone but you can only view the screen of the other phone if the other phone is an iPhone."
I'm not sure if what the premium version offers when the iPhone is a client is different than the screenshots of the free version but at $1600 CAD, for this discussion sceenshots seem more reasonable at the price! 🙂

so what I conclude from your answers is that I should be able to see screen shots from the other iphone while I'm using the free version, this is helpful too, I guess I dont need to control the phone, viewing the phone helps aswell.
But the problem is that I still dont understand how to do it.
I downloaded the app on 2 iphones and but the other Teamviewer ID on my phone trying to connect the phone, although it says "connecting" the phone wont connect that why I dont understand what I'm doing wrong
See LACAllen's reply above (the one dated 3:48PM 12/21) -- as I understand that post (haven't tried it myself), you need to run Teamviewer on a Windows or Mac computer with the other device being the iPhone that you want to see.

With the free version, there is no iOS to iOS connection possible.
You are are only able to connect one iOS device with either a Mac or a PC.
Either Mac > iPhone or PC > iPhone.
The screenshot I show here is what the Mac's screen looks like when connected to an iOS device.
ohh I see, so this app is not suitable for me. I barely have accsess to a computer.
thats why I need phone to phone app that allows me to see\controll the other phone from my phone

B. That does not allow remote control, only remote viewing. It uses the API for screen casting/recording
