how to remotely control an iPhone?

Hey,

So I bought my grandma an iPhone 5, and she is struggling with it, so I often try to guide her via phone call but is hard, does anyone know an app than allows me to remotely control her iPhone from my iPhone?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2

Post useless posts, get level 9 ASAP. This aint usefull.

You don't get to level 9 with "useless posts." The number of posts doesn't matter; the ONLY way to get points (other than the 4 you have for just joining) is to make posts that the original poster in a thread reported as being Helpful (5 points) or that solved the problem (10 points). So FoxFifth's 59,000 points means that somewhere between 5,900 and 11,800 visitors to the forum found his responses Helpful or that they solved the posted problem, AND they took the time to click a "Solved" or "Helpful" button. As only about 25% of posters bother to click a button it's more likely that Foxfifth has helped closer to 25,000 or more users.

I understand that there is no control over an iPhone -- that is why I stated "The video states that you can do remote control of Android and Windows phones from an iPhone but you can only view the screen of the other phone if the other phone is an iPhone."

I'm not sure if what the premium version offers when the iPhone is a client is different than the screenshots of the free version but at $1600 CAD, for this discussion sceenshots seem more reasonable at the price! 🙂

thank you both for your answers.

I do not want the paid version.

so what I conclude from your answers is that I should be able to see screen shots from the other iphone while I'm using the free version, this is helpful too, I guess I dont need to control the phone, viewing the phone helps aswell.

But the problem is that I still dont understand how to do it.

I downloaded the app on 2 iphones and but the other Teamviewer ID on my phone trying to connect the phone, although it says "connecting" the phone wont connect that why I dont understand what I'm doing wrong

With the free version, there is no iOS to iOS connection possible.

You are are only able to connect one iOS device with either a Mac or a PC.

Either Mac > iPhone or PC > iPhone.

The screenshot I show here is what the Mac's screen looks like when connected to an iOS device.
