start the morning with 100% of charge for airpods and case.
Never use them for 1 day. Now I have airpods 100% charge but the case have 70%. Is normal????

Have you tried fully resetting the AirPods?
You can do this by flipping the lid open and holding down the paring button until the orange (charging) light blinks. (Approx holding time: 15 secs). If you have tried this and the battery is still draining rapidly, I recommend going to an Apple store and getting them looked at because that is not normal.

Talked with Apple support. as usual they want them to be sent in but there is a 6 wk wait. Going to hold onto mine until Apple has a more stable supply of them
There are supplies in the stores. Not sure how far they are from you, but that would take a lot sooner than 6 weeks.
Mine is already 3.5.1.

Mine too. After the FW update the AirPods + The Case was 100% after the night without charge.
Yeah, will try to do it after full charge. Hope it will help. On 3.3.1 there was no results with such method. Thks.
Finally my new airpods works fine! I don't know if this is for the new firmware o for the new pair of airpods but now it's all ok!
The AirPods will not overcharge. They will only charge what they need, just like the iPhone.
