wireless Powerbeats wont charge

Hello All, I've read a number of posts about the powerbeats Charles ging problem, but most seem dated. They worked fine for two months (heard that before!), now just a quick flashing red light for about five seconds, then nothing. Power button reset doesn't work, power button and volume down - no luck, and update did nothing. It seems many people had to send them back for a replacement. I'd like to know if this is the only solution? Ive heard of this happening multiple times to people....frustrating. Thanks for any replies.

Got it. I just figured if Beats are now owned by Apple, they should have their own category just like i - everything else! Appreciate the help.

I am schooled. Thank you. I have seen many posts about "Beats" in the past and seen others refer folks to the BeatsbyDre.com site. I will stick to reporting for relocation from now on. (shall I do so for this puppy? - still in Using ASC 😉)

That has changed just in the recent past. I knew because I just recently had a question for them and ended up shunted back to Apple support. I would just let the moderators sort it out.

Thanks. It would be great if the information was more concise. Like you said, other users probably can't help beyond the hard reset, so a consolidated post saying try this and if you have no luck, contact Apple support at the following....

There are so many threads of people saying the same thing - it would be a real time-saver. I'm sure there are plenty of topics for which community support is helpful, but this seems kind of cut and dry.

It really wasn't that hard to figure out when I contacted them after I searched their site. I have PowerBeats so I was able to know this. It isn't the moderators responsibility to contact the users here when a change at the Beats site is made. As is suggested in the ToU I had tested my answer.
