Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.

I am having the same exact issue. This seems to be happening frequently as of recent (possibly new in 10.12.2). I am on the new late 2016 macbook pro 15" with touchbar.

I have the exact same behavior, although I am on a MacPro 6,1 (Late 2013) that started shortly after upgrading to 10.12..2. Locks up, or reboots, with the following in the crash log:

This has gotten to be quite problematic, with crashes occurring several times a day and only a hard reboot brings it back.

Hi all - same problem here - same symptoms, tried all the steps mentioned earlier in this thread, bar full OS / disk wipe and system reinstall.

Progressively removed all non-Apple kernel extensions + daemons - didn't help.

Running 10.12.3. Currently experiencing crashes multiple times a day.

Strangely enough for now it only seems to behave like this at home (ranging from once every few hours to several times an hour) behind my DLink wifi (DIR880 with ddwrt), have not seen it appear at work yet behind the apple airport...

The same issue w/ WiFi is on Capitan version OS 10.11.6 started this year. One-two times a day, during normal usage.

I have the same problems, AirPort crashes and my 2013 MacBook Pro shuts down. I was searching the web and I found a similar topic where someone suggested replacing of AirPortBRCM4360.kext. I am unable to do it because this file is in use by another kext. I tried unloading AirPort.kext, terminal said that it is impossible but I got a notification that there is no network card so I tried reloading AirPort.kext and at the exact time I got kernel panic. I am not eggheaded, but for me this is quite strong evidence that this .kext file is the reason. Do you guys have any idea how can I replace this kext file? Neither manual methods nor kext utilities from the web worked.

Hi everyone affected by this issue, can you specify your WiFi situation? For me, I am using a 5G WiFi provided by Netgear R8000. My iMac 5K late 2014 shuts down itself automatically once or twice a day. After that, I have to unplug the power supply and then plug it back. Or the mac won't start again.

Yesterday, after I read all posts in this thread, I almost was about to contact the Apple's service, then I realized that I should give it another chance by using 2.4G WiFi. Although it is slow than 5G, but it is better than crashing.

So far, I have not experience another shutdown. However, since it has not up to 24 hours, it may comes again.

I post it here to invite you all to test on your own Mac, to see it works or not. I will update this post if it happens again.

turned into a Apple store they ran all kind of diagnostics came back and said nothing is wrong

This log still exists after replacing the power supply by the genius in genius bar. However, my iMac 5K late 2014 won't shutdown randomly any longer.

So now I think the log is not the reason that your system shuts down or reboots. There must be something else.

If your Mac is iMac or Mac mini or Mac Pro, and you encountered power outage in your electricity grid, you should think you power supply may no longer be valid.

EDIT UPDATE - 1155pm May 27th

i went to apple store and spent 3 hours there, i backed up my 'probelmatic mbp late 2013 retina' to time machine

i have another spare late 2013 mbp i timemachine backedup that as well

i took the backup from problem child and restored it on spare MBP

im typoing from that laptop ..

i turnd the problem child to Apple said they have to fix

there was a 550 charge, i argued it was from 1 month the problem and showed all my trips as evidence.

they agreed to do it for free, now the laptop is with them , im iating

my gutt is surely Hardware, RAM, storage, SATA cable etc ....

Having same issue. Running iMac late 2012 erase and clean install 10.12.5 AND same on Retina MacBook 2016 also erase and clean install 10.12.5.

Have switched to 2.4Ghz Wifi connections on both and still Console reporting Broadcom 4360 driver crashing several time over past week.

Would the other Access Point / Wifi signals in the area broadcasting in a Country Code other than in the country of origin ( i.e. live in Canada with code CA advertised from my Wifi AP conflict with other AP broadcasting their signal as United States code US ) be a possible source of this problem?

In my specific area - Canada, there are 15 - 20 others broadcasting their signal as US (USA).
