If your left or right AirPod stops working

Hi dude, i thought that it might help someone if i mention that i just blew air into my airpod case, wiped the left airpod that wasnt working, put just the left one in the case then tested it after abput 10 secs and it briefly worked. Make sure the case has sufficient charge. Hope this helps.

I just had the same problem. Right AirPod was not charging, responding, anything. It just seemed entirely dead - and it was out of battery, but it wasn’t charging. Left airpod was still working like a charm.

My solution was to get someone else’s case - I just dropped it into my friend’s airpod case and it kicked back into gear. I left it in for a minute while it charged and then switched it into my case, which, to my surprise, charged it. Everything’s back to normal.

I looked at the earlier responses and found that my case, no matter how long I held the button for, didn’t ever flash amber.

I'm having the same issue except every time I open my case there is a red exclamation mark near the left AirPod icon.

I had the same problem this morning. Blowing into the contact on the left AirPod fixed the issue, so it must have been simply and issue of dust/dirt in the contact.

I got the same issue too? how to resolve?

Worked for me, everything was working great until I started using them with my 2016 TouchBar MBP

Did you try blowing into the charger case? My problem ended up being dust that prevented the AirPod from charging.

This also works for me every time. Just make sure you're not looking at the screenshot you took in preparation for your genius bar visit after you do it, or you will think you have failed miserably.

They work for me after they're discharged and when I charge them I can use them just once then I put them back to the case and they're not working again and it's blinking...
