Tried Apple's suggestions. Have no parental controls. Have no extensions. Used privacy in settings, and deleted cookies. rebooted, and still the same.

FWIW I was seeing this on a clean build of Safari 10.0.2 when I went to Walmart.com and drilled down to a product. I'm not seeing it now suddenly.
I can't find that program on my computer anywhere - using the search function in finder, or looking for it in utilities or applications folders
safari will not load Walmart.com
