HELP! 2016 Macbook Pro won't charge!

I have a new (November 2016) macbook pro - 13" with touchbar. The battery won't charge, though it is connected to power.

It says Battery is not charging.
Power Source: Power Adapter.

Since this morning when I noticed it, the battery is slowly draining and is currently at 22%.

Can anyone help me? After all the money I just spent on this, I'm pretty discouraged that I can't even use the battery after less than 2 months!

Had the same issue, but the SMC reset did work for me. Now happily charging.

I have the same problem on Macbook Pro 2016. It happened on this Feb, and I brought it back to Apple Store for repair. Now it does not charge again. So disappointed.

Rest SMC does not work at all.
