Searching in safari- how to hide bookmarks and history

Hello,

Any time I am searching something through adress bar in Safari, an annoying grey bar is popping out with search recommendations in bookmarks and history. I think it was absent before I updated MacOs to 10.12.2 few days ago, but I'm not sure. Is there any way to turn it off? because it blocks part of my screen, and I need to make 1 additional click to make it disappear. I tried to show what I mean through Gyazo Gif : https://gyazo.com/ff6ab61773816ac5af0a8e67f81def2c

Any Ideas how to turn it off?

MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12.2), Safari
