Windows partition gone after Yosemite installation

Hello,

My Windows partition has gone after installing Yosemite. I'm not sure if the Windows was installed with BootCamp because my wife has installed it 6 years ago and she says "I think I installed it with BootCamp." but not sure.

I have the same issue with this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6603591?start=30&tstart=0

I couldn't understand from that discussion much.
