why cant i update my ipad mini 1 to ios ios 10
currently i have ios 9.3.5... When i ty to check for new updates it says that the software is updated..

Ipad mini 1 cannot be updated passed 9.35 the cpu is not powerful enough to run ios 10.

i understand that i can't update my iOS to 10. but i can't download pages unless i do. So, is it possible to download an older version of pages on my iPad?
Unfortunately, Apple doesn't make their older versions of iOS apps available once Apple updates their iOS versions to the latest versions.

I did not have Hulu until recently, the most recent version available require iOS 10 or newer to load. I do not see where I can download and older version of Hulu.

The reason to upgrade to iOS 10 is to be able to download and open apps that require it
