Safari web page jumps

Whenever I visit particular websites (several, built in different ways), my browser position periodically jumps a bit. This also happens on both my MacBook Pro and my Mac Mini.

I can't get past the notion this is somehow related to something corrupted in my user account (I'm the administrator). When I test it via 'Guest Account', I see none of the frustrating browser behavior.

Help?

It jumps when idle. No actions necessary.

Thanks for the update. If it is on both computers that are having the same problem, I wouldn't be surprised to find it is the problem.

This appears to have addressed the issue. Of course, the problem is that I *need* that application to continue to get paid for what I do for a living.
