I have an iphone 7 in a pelican marine case. I can hear perfectly and the other party can here me clearly most of the time. During some conversations the other party can't hear me talking at all, but I can hear them. Tried a new sim card, that didn't help. When I take the case off it seams to be working fine. Does anyone else have this problem with a pelican case?

I know this is an old post. However, I just bought the 8 plus with the pelican case and was having this same issue! There is a small white plastic piece on the front of the inside case down by where the charging hole is that needs to be pulled out ! & walla it’s fixed

ATT is also blaming the case. My husband has the exact same phone, the exact same case, all purchased at a Corporate ATT store- he has no problems.
I had the same issue of people not hearing me with the Pelican Marine case. I removed the case and issue stopped. I am very disappointed in the case for the money it cost.

I have been having the same problem. I can hear fine but the other party cannot hear me. So much of a problem, I am removing Pelican case.
I agree...I'm going back to AT&T store today too! This has been a nightmare for me as well. Agree...recall on these stupid Pelican cases!!!!
