Mac Crashing Daily - Panic Report

Hi everyone, I'm a regular Mac user (at work and home) and have been for over 10 years, but recently my late 2013 iMac 27-inch at home has developed a problem that I've only had occasionally in the past before. Every day for the past few weeks, when I've woken my Mac up from sleep, it tells me it has been restarted because of a problem, and gives me a panic report.

I've tried unplugging various peripherals as I've read that these can be causing the problem, but not found anything to have worked yet. My iMac seems to be running quite slow as well, particularly when doing things like opening up the System Preferences (things that usually open instantly).

Here's a description of my spec:

macOS Sierra 10.12.3
3.2GHz Intel Core i5

24GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Hard disk has 527GB available

Here is a link to the Panic Report: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zb01u4gb604442v/error%20report.txt?dl=0

Would anybody be able to tell me what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!

iMac, macOS Sierra (10.12.3)
