My IOS mail application is terrible. Searches won't work, it's often too slow to use, it doesn't load mails, can't make connections to the server often, etc.
How can I delete my mail account (INCLUDING ALL MAILS) from my iPhone and iPad, and restore my account again from my iCloud backup? A kind of "rebooting" of my IOS mail if you will.

I did that, but the free space doesn't change on the devices, even though my mail was 10gb.
Why isn't it deleting the emails? I even did a hard reset.

Go to settings Email Accounts delete all accountsthat are not working
Then add them back again .

I Have no idea what you guys are talking about.
I'm on an iPhone (not a Mac), I want to delete all my emails and then restore them via icloud.
How can I do this?

There is no "Email accounts" under settings. There is "Mail, calendars, contacts" but if you tap it there is no way to delete an email account inside of that menu.

No matter what I do mail still shows 10gb usage in "Manage Storage".
What do you see when you click an email address in Settings>Mail, Calendars, Contacts?
Tap iCloud, turn off the switch for Mail. Restart the iPhone. Check your space. Go to Settings>Mail, Calendar, Contacts. Tap iCloud, turn on the switch for Mail.
Done that.
Mail now shows nothing (selection of email providers).
But storage still shows Mail 10gb.
There is no change in free space. Even after a hard reset and waiting hours.
