I went for a run today and I noticed that the volume kept going down without me touching the controls on the headphones or my phone. I hooked up the headphones to charge. After a while I took them off the charger and now the light won't turn off on the headphones and they won't pair with my phone. I tried to reset the headphones per the instructions, but nothing responds.
Any ideas?

I hold power and volume down button and all it does it resets it to search for devices. I've held power down for 20 seconds and it shuts off. Moment I let go, it turns back on.

No paring issue here just the off function.
I simply solved the problem by resetting the device.
Hold the switch button and hold the down volume button in the same.time for 10s. Then release it. You will see the light flashing.
Pair it again and everything should work b
I ended up returning mine for a refund - looks like the problems are still the same as with the PB2, so I didn't want to end up going through replacement set after replacement set because I'll end up out of warranty and be stuck with a broken pair at some point.
they need to waterproof the next version properly.
I'm having the same issue. Anyone find an answer to this?
