Is it just another bug of the update or I'm really in a big trouble with my mac? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

I've made another user, but it just doesn't work either.
What I mean is the pinching with two fingers for zooming in and zooming out at first works fine. But after a few seconds when I leave the picture with no zoom in or out, it just stucks in the middle like that. I have to press the 'space' again to close the quick look and press it again in order to zoom out the picture into the normal display.

Are you saying QuickLook doesn't open when you select a file and press the space bar?
It opens. But when I try to zoom in or zoom out the picture I selected, it just doesn't work.
How are you trying to zoom?
By pinching the trackpad with two fingers.
Pinching works for me. You could try creating a new user and see if it works there. If it does, it means there is most likely a corrupt .plist in the first user. Unfortunately I don't know which one.

Are you certain you are not accidentally moving the cursor outside the Quicklook window? That's the only way it won't zoom for me.
I'm sure I'm pinching my two fingers inside the quicklook window.
