I totally agree !!! I have been trying to cancel 2 subscriptions to things and it seems like it's impossible. Once they get you signed up and start taking the money, they won't let you cancel. I don't use these subscriptions anymore and losing money for them is really ticking me off. I might as well burn my money. Apple isn't doing what they say they will. It's just a little, no make that a lot disheartening when such a Huge Company thinks it's alright to jerk ppl around.

Yes, I have read it. It is recursive and does not help. There is no list of subscriptions. Must use the phone to sort out the problem or ask my credit card company to cancel.

I think perhaps you may be using "recursive" in a nonstandard way. I don't understand that sentence in this context.

The instructions clearly tell you how to access your subscriptions. If you follow the instructions and you don't see any subscriptions, then you don't have any. What makes you think you do? Are you getting emails that purport to be from Apple? There are a lot of scams floating around where people get emails telling them they're subscribed to something they're not. Check your credit card to see if you were actually billed for those things.

How is it 'recursive', it's a just a page with simple instructions. If you aren't seeing the Subscriptions section on the account you are sure that the subscription is being paid via that iTunes account, the subscription payments show in its purchase history ? If it is on that iTunes account's purchase history contact iTunes Support (contacting your card issuer to stop an iTunes account's payments will mean that as far as iTunes is concerned you will owe them for it, and may result in the account being permanently locked).

If you go to page "About canceling subscriptions in Israel, South Africa, or Turkey" you may understand why it is recursive.

Yes. I got an e-mail from Apple. trying to figure out if it's a scam or someone hacked my account.

The procedure for finding the information in your account is the same. However, in certain countries, you can cancel with immediate effect. Turkey is one of those. I agree, that could be clearer. But, use the link as originally given, scroll down and look at the instructions.

Look at the header of the email. What is the actual address it came from?

What kind of a customer unfriendly service is this I have been an apple user since 1986. This is totally unacceptable.

If you're having an issue with Apple Customer Service, you need to contact them. Use the Contact Support link at the upper right of every page. This is a user-to-user technical support forum.

What happens when you follow the instructions already given?
