I need to see my account. I need to cancel subscriptions. Help. Why is it so hard?

I need to view my account. There are deductions I do not understand and I wish to edit them. On any device. iPhone, iPad or PC. I need to cancel subscriptions for Apps I do not wish to use any more. Please assist me to do bussiness. I have been following your guiding online support for few hours and still cannot accesss my account. There is also no Subscriptions tab in my phone or iPad. Why is it so hard?

Yes, I have read it. It is recursive and does not help. There is no list of subscriptions. Must use the phone to sort out the problem or ask my credit card company to cancel.

Issue solved. My 12 year old daughter downloaded an app that presumably is free but is not.... Once I followed the right instructions - I managed to delete the subscription. Thanks!
