Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Trying to delete a cookie. I click"Preferences", then "Manage Website Data", then "Remove All". The cookies that have "cache" written under them disappear OK. But the cookies that have "database" written under them disappear and pop back up in a few seconds ! How do I get rid of them?
MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12.3)

Thank you! It finally worked. It's strange how it's so unintuitive.
Don't forget to clear the Safari History because some database cookies may be re-created by pages in your history.

This is not the case for MacbookPro 10.13.1 Safari 11.0.1
It worked perfectly for me and I have the exact same specs as yourself. Perhaps have another try it should really work. Hope you find it works in the end.
