Charging iPhone to 100%

Does charging your iPhone to 100% everyday is bad or can reduce battery performance?

Mostly people say that keep your phone between 40 & 80% and don't charge it more than 90%, is this true?

what's the best way to get most from the battery and keep it running good?

Those amounts you mention are not necessary. As Tim has said, you can charge anytime for any length of time. See this support document for other information about maximizing battery performance. https://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/

frankie*, don't worry so much about the battery. You mind should have been put at ease in these discussions listed below.

Charging iPhone to 100%

Charging iPhone while it's off!

Rebooting your iPhone!

I Charge the battery on my iPhone every single day when I get home from work and even on weekends before I go to bed. That's every single day all the way up to 100% no matter how much battery power is left.

Leaving it plugged in, locked and connected to WiFi, the phone will also backup to iCloud automatically every night.
