Cannot complete action in family sharing

I have the same issue. I try to use this new fearure toda in the morning after more than 10 hours I got the same error: Cannot Complete Action

Here it is June 7 and I'm still having this problem. I am trying to add my daughter to family sharing. I get all the way through the process to the Terms and Conditions "I agree" prompt and this is where it fails. C'mon Apple, please fix this!!!

Has anyone figured out a work-around on the actual iPhone? Trying to add my mother to my father’s family plan and nothing happens when I click “join now” in the iMessage invitation my father sent to her. She does not have a laptop or desktop to use as a work-around. Super frustrating that Apple has still not fixed this and it’s November 2017.

After trying to create a child iCloud for last 48 hours, this morning i tried it again and it worked. I was able to add woo childs iCloud to my family sharing. I have no clue what the issue was & Apple clearly doesn’t know anything as well. I was on the phone with the support team for almost an hour last night and couldn’t figure out the issue. But the good thing is i was able to finally add my children to family sharing account.

I was on the phone with Apple Support last night for well over half an hour and everything was checked. I am due a call back on Wednesday I will leave a further update then but all settings of mine were double checked, we tried accessing on I pad mac book I phone x and none of them worked, so watch this space.

I’ve been having the same problem with adding my son. If this is a “known issue”. Why am I being charged full price? I want a refund until you guys figure it out!!

Here it is December, and i am having the same issues trying to connect two iPads with the family sharing. And Apple clearly hasn’t fixed the issue & they don’t have no clue why it’s doing it.

Thanks.. after many hours of trying this was the right and easiest way to solve it.

Confirmed with Apple support 5 minutes ago, this is a known issue that's been outstanding for 3 days. There is no ETA at present and now way to check the status. I was advised to try again in a couple of days.

I'm having the same exact problem and have yet to find a solution in any of the threads.

I just spoke with Apple. It's a known bug on any Apple device.

Thanks for posting. I have been really frustrated because going through the process takes about 10 minutes and then at the end I kept getting the error message. I hope they fix it soon.
