Cracked/Fractured camera lens iPhone 7

Me too, found this while googling to see if it had happened to anyone else.. no external damage visible, always in case etc. I’m quite cross about it, it’s s ridiculously expensive phone, iPhone7 plus, it it really worth it?. Going to try my luck at the Apple store later.

You are very rude. I have a hard time understanding why people like you answer questions at all. Is it to make yourself feel superior because it can't actually be to HELP people.

Had this problem after airline flight. Actually 13,000 feet.

however i dont know if minimal bending of the case in my pocket might have caused stress to the lens. i have a new one now and take a plane next wednesday....

If Minsk bending can crack the glass- the iPhone 7 is certainly not fit for purpose:(

Totally agree! Especially considering how much we pay for these phones haha

Apple will only honor iPhone warranties or provide service in the country where the phone was purchased, with the exception that the European Union counts as one country for service purposes.
