Using mp3 songs on iphone with Linux Laptop

My question is very simple:

I have an Ubuntu 14.04 Laptop with many mp3 songs. I want them to copy on an iphone 6, iOS 10.2.1 and be able to listen to that music.

How can I do this?

So you have installed Wine and you have installed iTunes? Which version of iTunes? Does iTunes open when you connect your iPhone?

Nope, iTunes does not open when I connect the iphone to the laptop.

So for today I give up. 4 hours and not really closer. Maybe I buy a MP3 player...
