Beats X won't turn on after charge

I have found the same problem of you all. My BeatsX earphones won't turn on after charging. They lasted just under a month (I bought in April, when I went to San Jose, CA). I have tried the reset, but no good news. When I have plugged to the power source, it looks charging blinking a red LED, forever. Absolutely disappointed!!!!

Apple are replacing my beats X as I speak . I hope they will last but I have a feeling they will need replacing within the year!

Tried on both pairs of my BeatsX, both failed, Apple is now replacing my replacement pair......😟

I’ve had this with 2 sets of beats x. I think it just becomes Disconnected from the battery. Eventually pushing it doesn’t work.

You will get service replacement unit back. It may be new or it may be refurbished.

Apple replace my beats X, after 1 week of waiting. Clearly is a refurbished one, but its work fine.

Same problem here, it used to just be it not powering on occasionally but now the red LED seems to of died and I can't turn them on at all, seriously disappointed cause I kinda liked them when they worked.

I tried this method and it worked fine ... I have been using this since last 5 months and never faced the issue only after I noticed that last week I stored it in my pocket and that must have teared the joint between neck band and battery. So, this certainly is not any software issue but the actual faulty product design which apple must fix.

The only thing I am going to do is to store in open space just they way they are not put it in pocket or silicon case anymore. Keeping my fingers crossed ... let's see how long it works for me this way :-)

Has there been a fix? I always wanted a bluetooth Beats and finally broke down and got one yesterday at the Duty Free outside the country.... Same price as anywhere else, just no tax. I have been charging them for 24 hrs and they still won't turn on or connect to my phone while plugged in. I'm so mad because I can't even return them. I hope APPLE does the right thing since it's their product.

I bought mine a few months ago at Wal Mart and just getting around to setting them up. Same problem. While plugged in, there is a white light, unplugging it won't turn on. Even while plugged in and the light is on, I can't get them to pair. Too expensive for this issue. I am very disappointed. I visited the Beats website and found it unhelpful for my situation.

I have a Genius Bar appt tomorrow. The email Apple sent to confirm reminds me to be sure I download the latest update. So I found out that there is a Beats updated engine to download and it found an update to install. That being said, it didn’t fix the problem but I feel I’m one step closer. Can’t wait to see what Apple says tomorrow.

I've had the same problem after getting my Beats X about 2 months ago, and also treating them well/as recommended. It flashes red-white-red while charging, but not even a blip when I try and power them on or when I try and reset them.

I'm having the same issue, worked great when I plugged it in last night. When I woke up this morning still had the red light while it was plugged in. When I try to turn it on I get the flashing red light (3 Times). Tried resetting, new charging cord and charging block.
