Cannot turn off two-factor authentication

Hi there,

Someone please help.

Cannot turn off the two-factor authentication.

There is no "Turn off" selection in the Security part.

TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

Your password and a verification code will be required when your Apple ID is used to sign in on a new device or browser. Learn more.

Help please

You are welcome. There is supposed to be no restrictions or charges for Apple ID problems.

Good to hear it's resolved.

Not sure how you could have had both 2FA and security questions for the same Apple ID. It should be one or the other, but not both.
