I spent hours cleaning cache and moving everything to an external drive to free up memory on my macbook air. Results were good until I bought clean my mac/genesis. Now I'm back to heavy memory usage. And how can I get rid of 'other'?

sorry, but I was under the impression that removing apps from mac is quite simple. I seem to have a lot of 'memory pressure' and I'm not sure why, this is the issue.

Yes, I need chrome. I always use google tools. Anyway, it seems I was able to clear a lot of memory manually with the cache and external drive.

Yes, my problem was with RAM, but deleting all of the cache files has helped considerably.

Listen, I'm very careful about downloading and installing 'any old thing', thanks. How about a solution to the junk issue?
