I receive an error message each time I attempt to run the Starz app. I have tried the following, to no avail: restarting the Apple TV; power cycling the Apple TV; and deleting the Starz app and reinstalling. I wonder if the Starz app is compatible with the news Apple TV operating system. Any suggestions out there?
It's annoying but I did the restore suggestion. It's restore to factory settings so you have to resign in to EVERYTHING but the Starz app works now.
The Reset> RESTORE SETTINGS option also worked for me. Must select restore settings.
This worked for me as well but I only had to do the first part, the Restore to Factory settings.
