I cant find wallet in settings on my iphone SE

What version of iOS are you using? On my iPhone its grouped with "iCloud" & "iTunes & App Store" as "Wallet & Apple Pay" in Settings. If you don't see it there, try a forced restart:

I cannot see "add card" to wallet on my iPhone 6s Plus. I do see "scan code to add pass" and "find apps for wallet." What do I need to do to add debit and credit card so I can use Apple Pay?
