Turn on battery % at settings, battery, battery percentage. As I have suggested, send feedback to Apple.

Denny 238 responded to my question of how to set a Genius Bar appointment but the answer was blank.

I don’t see anything called hardware help.

I can get to set Genius Bar appointment but when I click on it , nothing happens.

I got it. I think Apple makes this very confusing so one will use chat as it’s probably cheaper.

Use the link I posted in May to set up an appointment. You have to do this yourself. We can not do it for you. This is a user to user forum, Apple is not here. And, you didn't say where you want to get an appointment at.

No one here can make an appointment for you, as has been explained multiple times on this thread. You will need to do that yourself by following the link posted and by troubleshooting/explaining the issue the issue before you make the appointment.

In the support section, choose the device. You will have to navigate several options until you get to the section where you can hame a Genius Bar appointment at your chosen store.
