Try this, 1) click on the link, 2) click on get hardware help, 3) click on your device if shown, 4) Click on repairs and physical damage, 5) click on screen in cracked, 6) click on bring in for repair, 7) enter your location and open the drop down option to select your carrier, then press go, 8) select the store you want to visit and set up your appointment

I just looked at the process to schedule an appointment and found an option to select the AirPods as the problem. So, select that and set up an appointment.
