make a genius bar appointment

In trying to set a Genius Bar appointment you said to follow this thread. But how do I Flordia nd the thread to follow?

I can get to set Genius Bar appointment but when I click on it nothing happens.

Could you be more explicit. I know it probably very obvious but after another hour of trying everything I’m still lost.

I know that once I crack the code here it will be obvious what I’ve been doing wrong. I’m into this about five hours so far.

Could anyone make it simplistic to understand?

I click on set genuis Bar appointment but nothing happens.

It keeps trying to direct me to chat but they keep hanging up.

When I click on get hardware help then it lists a bunch of possible problems and when I click on any of them it directs me to chat. If I click on broken screen, I get further and it wants my location but when I turn that on it dead ends.

I understand that the problem is that I’m stupid.

But I’m stuck.

Try this, 1) click on the link, 2) click on get hardware help, 3) click on your device if shown, 4) Click on repairs and physical damage, 5) click on screen in cracked, 6) click on bring in for repair, 7) enter your location and open the drop down option to select your carrier, then press go, 8) select the store you want to visit and set up your appointment

If you want to make an appointment at an Apple Store, then that is what you need to do. This is a user to user forum, Apple is not here. Follow the link provided in this thread. I posted a step by step instructions on how I do it. That post is just a few above yours.

In the support section, choose the device. You will have to navigate several options until you get to the section where you can hame a Genius Bar appointment at your chosen store.
