make a genius bar appointment

Denny 238 responded to my question of how to set a Genius Bar appointment but the answer was blank.

I don’t see anything called hardware help.

I can get to set Genius Bar appointment but when I click on it , nothing happens.

Tap on the link, scroll to the bottom, tap get hardware help

I forgot to add that once you get to the store, you can explain why you are really there if you had to enter the information that may be different just to get the appointment.

I got it. I think Apple makes this very confusing so one will use chat as it’s probably cheaper.
