Unrecognized person in control of family plan

Google Apple support. There are numbers and emails to contact them. The route they took with me was closing my account. They removed charges. But did not fix the email issue. I still cannot purchase apps. I cannot edit. But I don't have random charges.

I called and spoke to Apple last Thursday about this issue and they fixed it the same day. You may need to call again, they have to transfer you to the security department. You should also get a ticket number while they are working on your account. Mine was fixed by end of day.

The number I called was 1-800-694-7466. Once I got a customer service rep, I explained the situation that my account had been hacked and I was added to someone else's family sharing. She then transferred me to the correct department. Hope that helps!

The same exact thing happened to me. The spent almost $100 dollars. Did apple contact you back and tell you how to fix it.

Same thing happens to me, there is someone with Chinese letters that is my "organizer" and I don't know how to take them off or get out of it, they have their credit card info on there.

First solution, remove yourself from their family plan and disable family sharing. Though they will I'm sure just add people back in

I went to the Apple Store in briarwood. They didn't even look at it. Just said call Apple.

Yea you need to call Apple ASAP, as it'll take weeks, possibly months to fix it, it's been over 3 weeks since it happened to me and Apple still is unable to fix it...

I've had a ticket # for 3 weeks, and a direct line to an Apple worker for 2 weeks, and nothing. What is the number I need to call then to be routed to their security department?
